My Healing Journey
In 2011, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and several other autoimmune disorders. After a year of trying multiple prescriptions—including injections—I felt worse than ever. Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way.
That’s when I turned to acupuncture and yoga. Within a year, I was completely off all medications, and at my final rheumatology appointment, my bloodwork showed no inflammation—every RA test was negative.
From there, I discovered the transformative power of healing crystals, essential oils, and meditation. These practices changed my life—body, mind, and spirit.
When I began receiving Reiki treatments, something inside me said, “This is what you’re meant to do.” On 2/22/22, I took a leap and enrolled in my Reiki Level I class. Since that day, my path has been one of incredible growth, healing, and purpose.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing the very methods that helped me heal—emotionally, physically, and spiritually—with anyone who feels called to do the same.
